Sound familiar?

What founders tell us before they start.

“Everyone says I need a Private Limited company.”

Maybe not yet. A proprietorship with GST is often enough to start selling, and costs far less to run each year. We'll tell you honestly.

“We'll fix the structure later.”

A new company or LLP gets its own PAN and GST number, and marketplaces may treat it as a new seller. Changing later can mean starting your seller account again.

“Too many portals, too many forms.”

MCA, GST and Udyam each have their own rules. We file in the right order, so each registration is ready when the next one needs it.

Tell us what you sell and who's involved. We'll recommend the structure in your first reply.

What we register

Exactly what you get, and what you don't.

  • Shareholder agreements or custom AoA clauses

Your part

At least two directors, one of them resident in India. Approve OTP and signing requests promptly.

Questions about structure

Which business structure is right for me?

It depends on liability, whether you'll have partners or investors, and how much annual compliance you can manage. A proprietorship is cheapest and fastest but leaves you personally liable. An LLP limits liability with lighter compliance. A Private Limited company suits founders planning to raise investment. We recommend one after an assessment, and often it's the simplest option.

Can I switch from a proprietorship to a company later?

Yes, but a company is a new legal entity with its own PAN and GST number. Marketplaces generally treat it as a new seller, so you may need a new seller account, separate from your existing listings and reviews. That's why we talk about where your business is heading before choosing a structure.

What documents are required?

Usually PAN, Aadhaar, a photo, address proof, business address proof and bank details. Each service page lists exactly what it needs. We will not ask for anything the filing doesn't require.

What renewals and recurring compliance should I expect?

GST returns monthly or quarterly. Annual filings for companies and LLPs, even with no sales. Trademark renewal every 10 years. Digital signature certificates need renewing when they expire.

Not sure what you need?
