How it works

What happens, step by step.

The steps are the same for most services. Timelines are not: a GST registration and a trademark move at very different speeds, and part of every timeline belongs to the government or the platform.

Who controls the timeline

Three parties, one launch.

When a timeline slips, it helps to know whose step it is. We quote our own turnaround and tell you which steps are outside our control.

Your documents

How we handle your documents.

We ask only for what the filing needs. Each service lists its required documents. If an authority asks for something extra, we explain why before you send it.

Who sees them. The people working on your filing, and the government portal or platform you are registering with.

How they are collected. We agree a secure way to send them with you. Please avoid sending Aadhaar or PAN in public chats or unencrypted email where you can.

How long we keep them. We keep documents only as long as your filings and legal record-keeping require. You can ask for deletion once legal record-keeping needs are met.

If more documents are requested. Authorities sometimes raise a query after filing. We tell you what is needed and by when. A late reply can lead to rejection, which is why we flag these quickly.

Not sure what you need?

Tell us what you sell and where. In a 15-minute fit check, we'll tell you what applies, what doesn't, and the fixed price, before you commit.
